The Hydraforce 5123939 (5123939) is a highly efficient screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing-relieving valve. Designed for precision in hydraulic systems, it allows for infinite adjustments across a specified range using a variable electric input. The TS1036X model ensures that the regulated pressure is proportional to the electrical current fed into the system. This valve operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the valve coil. It continues this process until pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, it shifts to restrict the inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining a regulated pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also relieves pressure from port 1 to port 3. Without electrical current, it relieves at approximately 100 psi. This model comes standard with both 12 and 24-volt coils and features optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability against environmental elements.
