The Hydraforce 5122100 (5122100) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve offers seamless adjustment across a specified range via variable electric input, making it ideal for applications requiring fine-tuned pressure management. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve's coil, allowing for accurate control. When current is applied, the TS10-36X model enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. At this predetermined pressure, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and allowing for relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it provides relief at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). Standard features include compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
