The Hydraforce 5122101P (5122101P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component is designed for precise control, allowing infinite adjustment across a specific range using variable electrical input. The regulated pressure output is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it ideal for applications requiring fine pressure modulation. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this state, it also provides relieving action from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
