The Hydraforce 5123340 (5123340) is a versatile TS10-36X screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component is designed for precise control of hydraulic systems and can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range through a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for accurate and responsive system management. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this operational mode, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieving at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar).
