The Hydraforce 5123316 (5123316) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, is designed for precise control and can be infinitely adjusted over a specified range using variable electric input. The operation of this valve is straightforward: when current is applied to the valve coil, it enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force, opening the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving port 1 to port 3. In the absence of current, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
