The Hydraforce 5123296 (5123296) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve known as the TS10-36X. This valve offers infinite adjustability across a specified range through variable electric input, making it highly versatile for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for seamless integration into systems that demand dynamic pressure adjustments. When current is applied to the valve coil, flow from port 2 to port 1 is permitted until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. At this predetermined pressure level, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and maintains regulated pressure at port 1. Additionally, it provides a relieving function from port 1 to port 3 when in this mode. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
