The Hydraforce 5123275 (5123275) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve known for its precise control and adjustability. This component, identified by model code TS10-36X, is designed to be infinitely adjusted across a specified range through a variable electric input. The valve's regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current it receives. When the current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure accumulates at port 1 to activate the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thus regulating pressure at port 1. In this state, it also allows relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard coil options of both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry common cavity and includes an optional manual override feature for added versatility in operation.
