The Hydraforce 5122723 (5122723) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. Known as the TS10-36X, this valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input, making it highly adaptable to different pressure requirements. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied. When current is supplied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by countering the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 while also providing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model comes with standard features such as 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
