The Hydraforce 5122717 (5122717) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, is designed to be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure of this valve is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until there is enough pressure at port 1 to open the pilot section by counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
