The Hydraforce 5122706 (5122706) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, making it ideal for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments in various hydraulic systems. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Upon reaching the predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulate pressure at port 1 while also relieving from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K, ensuring durability in demanding environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override for added flexibility in operation.
