The Hydraforce 5122683V (5122683V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed for applications requiring precise pressure control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid's electrically induced force. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thus regulating pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3. If no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
