The Hydraforce 5122665 (5122665) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise control of hydraulic systems. As a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve, it offers the capability to be infinitely adjusted across a specified range via a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current input, allowing for fine-tuned control in various applications. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X enables fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining consistent pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this operational mode, it facilitates relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will automatically relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. Standard features include compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
