The Hydraforce 5122661 (5122661) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by offsetting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also relieves port 1 to port 3. Without current applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The TS10-36X fits into an industry-common cavity and has an optional manual override feature for added versatility in various applications.
