The Hydraforce 5122660 (5122660) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, making it ideal for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure of the TS10-36X model is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also allows for relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The product features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The TS10-36X fits into an industry common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added operational flexibility.
