The Hydraforce 5122659 (5122659) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, offers infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input. The valve's regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this state, it also relieves excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. When no electrical current is applied, the valve defaults to relieving pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
