The Hydraforce 5122658 (5122658) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for precise control, allowing infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input. The regulated pressure output is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve's coil. In operation, the TS10-36XX model permits flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is supplied until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 and also relieving pressure from port 1 to port 3 as needed. Without any electrical current applied, it defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced protection in demanding environments.
