The Hydraforce 5122650 (5122650) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. Known for its precise control, this valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile for applications requiring exact pressure management. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, offering reliable and consistent performance. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX model facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure at port 1 triggers the pilot section by counterbalancing the electrically induced solenoid force. Once reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve adjusts to limit inlet flow at port 2, thereby managing pressure at port 1 effectively. Additionally, in this mode, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
