The Hydraforce 5122646 (5122646) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type proportional pressure reducing and relieving valve, known as the TS10-36X. This valve is designed for precise pressure control, allowing infinite adjustments across a specified range through variable electric input. The regulated pressure corresponds directly to the electrical current applied. In operation, when current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 triggers the opening of the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to limit inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining regulated pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it facilitates relief from port 1 to port 3. Without electrical current, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
