The Hydraforce 5122641 (5122641) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve known as the TS10-36X. This pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve is engineered for precise control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 activates the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force generated electrically. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to limit inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this state, it also allows for relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, it maintains a relief setting of approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
