The Hydraforce 5122640 (5122640) is a versatile TS10-36X screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve is designed for precise control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control in various applications. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override for additional operational flexibility.
