The Hydraforce 5122639 (5122639) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, making it ideal for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for smooth and accurate adjustments. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve restricts inlet flow at port 2 to regulate pressure effectively while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24 volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced environmental protection. It fits industry common cavities and offers an optional manual override for added flexibility in operation.
