The Hydraforce 5122637 (5122637) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It offers infinite adjustment across a specified range using variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulate pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also allows for relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard coils of both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and provides an optional manual override feature for added versatility and control in various applications.
