The Hydraforce 5122628 (5122628) is a versatile TS10-36X screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input, with regulated pressure proportional to the electrical current applied. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, it shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1 while simultaneously relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without current, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The valve features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. It fits an industry common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added operational flexibility.
