The Hydraforce 5122627 (5122627) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve is designed for applications that require precise pressure control, as it can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control in various hydraulic systems. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force induced by electricity. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve restricts inlet flow from port 2 and regulates the pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, this valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard coil options of both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
