The Hydraforce 5122626 (5122626) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. Known as the TS10-36X model, this valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it highly precise and adaptable for various applications. When current is applied to the valve coil, it enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. In this operational mode, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any applied current, the valve defaults to relieving at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
