The Hydraforce 5122625 (5122625) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, allowing the regulated pressure to be proportional to the input electrical current. The operation of this valve involves the application of current to the valve coil, which facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve restricts inlet flow at port 2 to maintain regulated pressure at port 1 and simultaneously relieves port 1 to port 3. When no current is applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X model features standard compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
