The Hydraforce 5122623 (5122623) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range using a variable electric input, with regulated pressure directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model allows fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force induced by electricity, opening the pilot section. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The valve features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
