The Hydraforce 5122619 (5122619) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for precise control of hydraulic pressure, allowing for infinite adjustment across a specific range through variable electric input. The regulated pressure output is directly proportional to the electrical current supplied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the TS10-36X enables flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to limit inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while also providing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with ratings up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
