The Hydraforce 5122618 (5122618) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, offers precise pressure control by allowing infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve coil. In operation, when current is applied, the valve facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section and counteract the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure is reached, the TS10-36X shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulate pressure at port 1 while also providing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it defaults to relieving pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features both standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with ratings up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
