The Hydraforce 5122617V (5122617V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for applications requiring precise pressure control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it highly adaptable for various operational needs. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counterbalancing the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining regulated pressure at port 1. In this state, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Without applied current, the valve defaults to relieving at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar].
