The Hydraforce 5122617 (5122617) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specific range using variable electric input, making it versatile for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure of the TS10-36X model is directly proportional to the electrical current applied. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thus regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added convenience.
