The Hydraforce 5122616 (5122616) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve known as the TS10-36X. This versatile component is designed to provide precise pressure control by allowing for infinite adjustment within a specified range through a variable electric input. The valve operates by enabling flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the coil until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the desired pressure at port 1 is achieved, it restricts inlet flow at port 2 and simultaneously relieves excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In instances where no current is applied, it defaults to relieving at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils that meet IP69K standards for high-pressure wash-down environments.
