The Hydraforce 5122615 (5122615) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure of this valve is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by offsetting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
