The Hydraforce 5122612 (5122612) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. Known as the TS10-36X, this valve can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When an electrical current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The product features standard coils of both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
