The Hydraforce 5122611V (5122611V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range through a variable electric input, making it highly adaptable for various applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure of the TS10-36X valve is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for seamless integration into systems that demand exact pressure management. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts its position to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar).
