The Hydraforce 5122610V (5122610V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a prescribed range through a variable electric input, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for seamless integration into systems that demand dynamic pressure adjustments. When electrical current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the desired pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 while regulating pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it offers relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve provides relief at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar].
