The Hydraforce 5122609 (5122609) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input. The valve's operation is contingent on the electrical current applied to its coil; it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to counteract the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure is reached, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1 while also relieving port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, it defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. Standard features include availability in both 12 and 24-volt coils and an optional waterproof E-Coil rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
