The Hydraforce 5122603 (5122603) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It offers infinite adjustability across a specified range using variable electric input, with regulated pressure directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the designated pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve transitions to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining regulated pressure at port 1. In this state, it also facilitates relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any electrical current applied, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Its design includes an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for added versatility in various applications.
