The Hydraforce 5122602P (5122602P) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve is engineered to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range via a variable electric input. The regulated pressure output is directly proportional to the electrical current applied, allowing for precise control in various applications. In operation, when an electrical current is applied to the valve coil, it facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and maintain consistent pressure at port 1. Additionally, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3 when necessary. Without any electrical input, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X model offers standard options of 12 and 24-volt coils and features optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
