The Hydraforce 5122600V (5122600V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range via a variable electric input, allowing for precise control of regulated pressure proportional to the input electrical current. In operation, when current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force generated by electricity. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in various applications.
