The Hydraforce 5122600U (5122600U) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This valve is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range through variable electric input, with regulated pressure being directly proportional to the electrical current applied. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1 and relieving it to port 3. In its unpowered state, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X model comes with standard features such as 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It also fits into an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override for added operational flexibility.
