The Hydraforce 5122600P (5122600P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for applications requiring precise pressure control, as it can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments in hydraulic systems. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model comes with standard features such as availability in both 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
