The Hydraforce 5122586 (5122586) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for efficient pressure management in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input, making it highly adaptable for various applications. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing precise control over hydraulic pressures. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this mode, it relieves excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In the absence of electrical current, the valve offers relief at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
