The Hydraforce 5122482 (5122482) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 triggers the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid force induced electrically. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, this valve will relieve pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar).
