The Hydraforce 5122468 (5122468) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure output is directly proportional to the electrical current supplied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the TS10-36X model allows fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force generated electrically, subsequently opening the pilot section. Once the desired pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve modulates to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining consistent pressure at port 1 and simultaneously allowing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X offers flexibility with standard coil options of both 12 and 24 volts and features optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. It fits an industry-standard cavity and includes an optional manual override for additional control convenience.
