The Hydraforce 5122400 (5122400) is a pilot-operated spool type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. This valve regulates pressure in proportion to the input electrical current, providing precise control in hydraulic systems. It can handle a maximum operating pressure of 4000 psi (275.8 bar) at ports 1 and 2, while port 3 can withstand a maximum tank pressure of 1000 psi (68.9 bar), with tank pressure being additive to the regulated pressure. The valve is versatile with compatibility for both 12 and 24-volt coils, and it comes standard with waterproof coils, though optional waterproof E-Coils are available for enhanced durability in demanding environments. This makes it suitable for applications requiring reliable and accurate pressure control under varying conditions.
