The Hydraforce 5122213 (5122213) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. Known as the TS10-36X model, this valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using variable electric input, with regulated pressure directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced by electricity. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
