The Hydraforce 5122211 (5122211) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed for applications requiring precise pressure control and can be infinitely adjusted within a specified range using variable electric input. The regulated pressure of the TS10-36X model is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for highly accurate control in hydraulic systems. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. At this predetermined pressure, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining regulated pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model offers flexibility with standard coil options of 12 and 24 volts and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
