The Hydraforce 5122207 (5122207) is a TS10-36X model screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input, with regulated pressure directly proportional to the input electrical current. Designed for precise control, the TS10-36X operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the valve coil. This continues until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. At this point, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving it to port 3 as necessary. In situations where no current is applied, it maintains a relief setting of approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The valve features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
