The Hydraforce 5122206 (5122206) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, allows for infinite adjustment across a designated range using variable electric input, with regulated pressure being proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1 while also relieving port 1 to port 3. Without current application, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability.
